Products & Orders
MAC Apparel offers both custom-made products and ready-to-purchase retail merchandise. By placing an order with MAC Apparel, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below, which govern the purchase, production, fulfillment, and delivery of all products sold through our website.
Custom Products
MAC Apparel specializes in custom apparel and merchandise, including but not limited to screen-printed apparel, embroidered garments, promotional products, branded uniforms, fraternity and sorority apparel, corporate apparel, graphic design services, and other made-to-order merchandise. Because these items are created specifically for each customer, you are responsible for carefully reviewing all artwork proofs, garment selections, colors, sizes, quantities, placement details, spelling, grammar, and other order specifications before granting final approval. Production will not begin until all required approvals have been received and applicable payment requirements have been satisfied.
Approval of an artwork proof constitutes your acceptance of every element of the design. Once approval has been given, MAC Apparel is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof. Any changes requested after approval may require additional design fees, production charges, replacement materials, or revised production timelines.
By submitting logos, artwork, graphics, trademarks, or other creative materials, you represent and warrant that you own the necessary rights or have obtained permission from the rightful owner to reproduce and use such materials. You agree to indemnify and hold MAC Apparel harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property disputes related to customer-supplied content. MAC Apparel reserves the right to refuse any artwork that it reasonably believes infringes upon the rights of another party or violates applicable law.
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, all original artwork, design concepts, mockups, digital files, and creative materials produced by MAC Apparel remain the intellectual property of MAC Apparel until all associated invoices have been paid in full. MAC Apparel also reserves the right to display completed projects in its portfolio, advertising, marketing materials, social media channels, or other promotional content unless a separate written confidentiality agreement has been executed.
Due to the personalized nature of custom products, all custom sales are generally final. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are only available if MAC Apparel produces an item incorrectly, the product contains a manufacturing defect, or the delivered order materially differs from the customer's approved proof. Claims regarding custom orders must be submitted within seven (7) days of delivery and should include photographs and a detailed description of the issue. Orders canceled after production has begun may be subject to charges for design services, labor, materials, and production costs already incurred.
Retail Products
In addition to custom products, MAC Apparel offers ready-to-purchase retail merchandise, including branded apparel, hoodies, T-shirts, hats, accessories, lifestyle products, seasonal collections, and limited-edition releases. Retail merchandise consists of products that are manufactured and stocked prior to purchase and is available while supplies last. Although we make every effort to maintain accurate inventory levels, availability is not guaranteed. If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, MAC Apparel reserves the right to cancel the affected item, offer a comparable replacement, issue store credit, or provide a refund for the unavailable merchandise.
Certain retail products may be designated as limited edition, exclusive, seasonal, or collaborative releases. These items may only be produced in limited quantities and, once sold out, may not be reproduced or restocked. MAC Apparel reserves the sole discretion to determine whether any product will be reissued in the future. To promote fair access to limited releases, we may establish purchase limits based on the customer, household, payment method, billing address, or shipping address. Orders exceeding these limits or suspected of circumventing purchase restrictions may be canceled without prior notice.
Eligible retail merchandise may be returned or exchanged within thirty (30) days of delivery, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, unused, free from odors or damage, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact. Clearance merchandise, final-sale items, gift cards, personalized or customized products, worn or washed merchandise, and products damaged through misuse or improper care are not eligible for return or exchange. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error by MAC Apparel or is otherwise required by applicable law. Exchanges are subject to product availability, and if a requested size, color, or style is unavailable, MAC Apparel may offer a comparable replacement, store credit, or a refund at its discretion.
MAC Apparel makes every reasonable effort to display product descriptions, sizing information, and colors as accurately as possible. However, actual product colors and appearance may vary due to differences in monitor settings, mobile displays, lighting conditions, photography, and manufacturing dye lots. Such variations are considered normal and do not constitute product defects. Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only, and accessories, props, or additional items shown in promotional images may not be included unless specifically stated in the product description.
From time to time, MAC Apparel may offer promotional pricing, online-exclusive merchandise, preorder opportunities, loyalty rewards, referral incentives, store credit, or digital gift cards. Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined, have no cash value, and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice. Estimated ship dates for preorder items are approximate and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Orders containing both preorder and in-stock merchandise may be shipped separately at our discretion.
To protect our customers and business, MAC Apparel reserves the right to delay, cancel, limit, or refuse any order that appears to involve fraudulent activity, unauthorized payment methods, chargeback abuse, automated purchasing, unauthorized commercial resale, or other activity that violates these Terms. We may request additional information or identity verification before processing certain orders. Customers agree to contact MAC Apparel to seek resolution of any order concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with their financial institution.
Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy
At MAC Apparel, we strive to provide high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Because our business offers both custom-made merchandise and ready-to-purchase retail apparel, return eligibility varies depending on the type of product purchased.
Custom products, including screen-printed apparel, embroidered garments, personalized merchandise, promotional products, graphic design services, fraternity and sorority apparel, corporate uniforms, and any item produced specifically for a customer, are made to order and are generally not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be canceled except at the sole discretion of MAC Apparel. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, garment selections, sizing, spelling, colors, quantities, and placement details before production begins. Approval of an artwork proof constitutes acceptance of the final design, and MAC Apparel is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof.
If a custom order arrives with a manufacturing defect, was produced incorrectly by MAC Apparel, or materially differs from the approved artwork, customers must notify us within seven (7) calendar days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review. To evaluate a claim, we may request photographs, order information, and a detailed description of the issue. If we determine that an error occurred on our part, we may repair, replace, or refund the affected product at our sole discretion.
Retail merchandise, including in-stock apparel, accessories, and lifestyle products sold under the MAC Apparel brand, may be returned or exchanged within thirty (30) calendar days of the original delivery date. Returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unused, free from stains, odors, pet hair, smoke, or damage, and must include all original tags, packaging, and accessories. MAC Apparel reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements or show signs of wear or misuse.
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless required by applicable law: custom or personalized products, clearance merchandise, final-sale items, limited-edition releases identified as non-returnable, gift cards, digital products, downloadable files, and any item damaged through misuse, neglect, improper care, or unauthorized alteration.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment whenever possible. Original shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, gift wrapping charges, and similar service fees are generally non-refundable unless the return results from an error made by MAC Apparel or is otherwise required by applicable law. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may require several business days to appear on your account after they have been processed.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement size, color, or style is unavailable, MAC Apparel may, at its discretion, issue store credit, provide a comparable replacement, or process a refund for the eligible merchandise.
Customers are encouraged to contact MAC Apparel before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. We are committed to working with customers to resolve legitimate concerns promptly and fairly. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in cancellation of pending orders, suspension of future purchasing privileges, and any other remedies available under applicable law.
Sizing Policy
MAC Apparel offers apparel from a variety of manufacturers, each of which may have unique sizing specifications, garment cuts, fabric blends, and fit characteristics. Because sizing standards vary between brands, customers should carefully review the sizing chart provided on each product page before placing an order. If a sizing chart is unavailable or additional guidance is needed, customers are encouraged to contact MAC Apparel before completing their purchase.
While we make every effort to provide accurate sizing information, garment measurements are approximate and may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances. Minor variations in dimensions, fabric shrinkage, garment construction, or production methods are considered normal and do not constitute manufacturing defects.
Customers are solely responsible for selecting the appropriate size when placing an order. MAC Apparel is not responsible for products ordered in an incorrect size based on customer selection. For retail merchandise, exchanges for a different size may be available in accordance with our Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy and are subject to inventory availability. Customers are responsible for any applicable shipping costs associated with voluntary size exchanges unless otherwise determined by MAC Apparel.
Because custom apparel is manufactured specifically for each order, sizing changes cannot be made once production has begun. Custom garments produced in the size(s) approved by the customer are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund due solely to fit or sizing preferences. We strongly recommend reviewing garment specifications, requesting samples when appropriate, and confirming all sizes before approving production for custom orders.
Certain garments, particularly those made from cotton or cotton-blend fabrics, may experience normal shrinkage after washing. Customers should always follow the care instructions provided with their garments. MAC Apparel is not responsible for changes in fit resulting from improper washing, drying, ironing, bleaching, or other care methods inconsistent with the manufacturer's recommendations.
