Shipping Policy

MAC Apparel is committed to processing and shipping orders as efficiently as possible while maintaining the quality of our products. Because we offer both ready-to-purchase retail merchandise and made-to-order custom products, shipping timelines may vary depending on the nature of the order.

Retail merchandise is generally processed for shipment within two (2) to five (5) business days after payment has been successfully authorized, excluding weekends, holidays, and periods of unusually high order volume. Custom orders require additional production time before shipment. Estimated production timelines will be communicated during the ordering process and may vary based on artwork approval, product availability, order size, decoration method, and production scheduling. Production timelines begin only after all required approvals have been received and payment requirements have been satisfied.

Estimated shipping and delivery dates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing. Delivery times may be affected by weather conditions, carrier delays, supply chain disruptions, labor shortages, natural disasters, government actions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of MAC Apparel. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside of our control.

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on the destination, package weight, shipping method selected, and applicable carrier rates. Any taxes, duties, customs fees, brokerage charges, or other governmental assessments associated with international shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and shipping information at the time an order is placed. MAC Apparel is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, additional shipping costs, or returned packages resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses supplied by the customer. If an order is returned due to an address error or failed delivery attempt, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.

Risk of loss and title for purchased merchandise transfer to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping carrier. After a shipment has been accepted by the carrier, MAC Apparel cannot guarantee delivery times or assume responsibility for packages that are delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. Customers experiencing shipping issues should first contact the carrier using the tracking information provided. MAC Apparel will make reasonable efforts to assist with carrier claims when appropriate but cannot guarantee reimbursement or replacement for issues determined to be outside of our control.

If tracking information indicates that a package has been delivered but the customer cannot locate it, the customer should check with household members, neighbors, property managers, or the local carrier before contacting MAC Apparel. Claims for lost or missing shipments should be reported promptly so that we can assist in initiating an investigation with the carrier where applicable.

Orders containing preorder items may require additional processing time. Unless otherwise stated, preorder products are expected to ship on or around the estimated release date provided at the time of purchase. These dates are estimates only and may change without notice. If an order contains both preorder and in-stock merchandise, MAC Apparel reserves the right to ship the items separately or hold the order until all items become available.

Customers requesting expedited shipping acknowledge that expedited service affects only the shipping method selected and does not reduce production or processing times unless MAC Apparel has separately confirmed expedited production services in writing. Additional rush production fees may apply to custom orders requiring accelerated turnaround.

MAC Apparel may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Unless otherwise stated, free shipping promotions apply only to qualifying orders shipped within the contiguous United States and cannot be combined with other promotional offers. MAC Apparel reserves the right to modify or discontinue shipping promotions at any time without prior notice.

Customers selecting local pickup will receive notification when their order is ready for collection. Government-issued identification may be required upon pickup. Orders not collected within a reasonable period may be subject to storage limitations, cancellation, or other handling procedures at the discretion of MAC Apparel. Customers will be contacted before any such action is taken.

MAC Apparel reserves the right to delay, refuse, or cancel shipments when necessary to verify payment information, prevent fraudulent activity, comply with applicable laws, or protect the security of our customers and business operations.
